Maio Law is owned and operated by Domenic Maio. Domenic is called to the bar in both British Columbia and Ontario.
Domenic has been providing legal services in Ontario since 2014. He has practiced in criminal law, real estate law, corporate law, family law, and assisted clients with preparation and drafting of wills and powers of attorney.
In 2018 Domenic opened up his Kelowna office primarily focused on family law. He assists clients in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia in all aspects of their family law dispute.
Domenic’s approach is to achieve the best outcome for his client. He is selective in the choice of work he takes on. He understands that especially in family law, emotions can run high and create further conflict at times. He is passionate about achieving great outcomes for his clients so that they may move on with their lives and forge new paths. Domenic draws from his experience in other disciplines and utilizes them in achieving just and expedient outcomes for his family law clients.
In Ontario, Maio law primarily assists its existing client base with their legal needs. Being called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia enables Domenic to assist clients who are relocating to or from either province.
